The deadline for matched students to enroll is Wednesday, May 1st.
Students who are offered a waitlist spot will have individual deadlines to enroll.
STEP 1:
ENROLLMENT INTAKE FORM
Complete Initial Enrollment Intake Form
After you complete this form you will receive a detailed email outlining the rest of the enrollment process, including how to create your PowerSchool family account.
STEP 2:
FULL ENROLLMENT FORMS & RESIDENCY VERIFICATION
Once you have a family account for PowerSchool, you will complete several new student forms, including submitting DC residency verification. You must also submit a DC Residency Verification Form for every student.
STEP 3:
HEALTH & IMMUNIZATION RECORDS
Before the start of the school year every student needs to submit a new Universal Health Certificate, Health Suite Consent form, and be up to date on all required immunizations. If you have any questions about the required immunizations, please email our nursing staff at nurse@inspiredteachingschool.org
