Please Note: Completing and submitting this request DOES NOT guarantee the space is available for use. Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your request. You will receive a reply email letting you know whether or not your reservation is confirmed. Space is reserved on a first-come, first-serve basis, and is subject to availability. Space reservations are at the discretion of Inspired Teaching Demonstration Public Charter School who may restrict or deny reservations for reasons that they believe to be in the best interest of the school, its employees or its students.
Below are the policies regarding utilizing space at Inspired Teaching PCS:
• Each organization using space at Inspired Teaching PCS is required to sign the “Hold Harmless and Facility Use Agreement.”
• If serving food or beverages, be sure to clean and dispose of all trash following your meeting.
• The meeting host is responsible for making sure that the chairs, tables, etc. have been returned to their original positions. Failure to clean the room after use or violations of any school policies during the meeting may result in fines and/or loss of reservation privileges.
• All areas of the school are drug, smoke and alcohol free.
• Activities generating private profit and fundraising activities of any kind are strictly prohibited.
• The use of space for campaign events of any type is prohibited.
• Posting advertising and signage anywhere in the facility is prohibited.
• Inspired Teaching Demonstration PCS, its employees, and its students are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property. Each organization shall take reasonable precautions to protect their property.
• The signer of the “Hold Harmless and Facility Use Agreement” is responsible for the conduct of anyone in attendance at the meeting and will be liable for damages to persons or property arising from such conduct.
• Your reservation or ongoing meeting may be cancelled by Inspired Teaching PCS when the health or safety of participants is threatened due to existing or predicted conditions, including but not limited to weather, air quality alerts or equipment/power failure.
